3. Return Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: Returns are free of charge if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Customer-Paid Returns: For returns not due to our error, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75 to ensure safe return.
4. Refund Process
